Shipping within the 48 Contiguous United States is a table rate. Your shipping cost is based off the amount you spend on each order. We may use any of the major shipping carriers at any time and select the one with the most economical rate to keep costs low.
You will always receive a tracking number so you will know when your item(s) will arrive.
Please make sure to look for processing times for each individual item. Times may vary for different products.
Most orders leave our warehouse within 1-3 business days of order processing. In some cases, orders with multiple items may be shipped in more than one package. If your items are going to be shipped separately, you will receive separate shipping confirmations for each package that is sent. Only one shipping fee will be charged.
There are two ways to track your order. First, you should have received a confirmation email from us when your order shipped that contains a clickable tracking link to view tracking information in real time. The second method is to login to your The Farmhouse Addict Account and follow the instructions below:
Standard Delivery: All domestic orders are picked up by USPS, UPS, or Fed Ex. We may use any of the these carriers at any time, and select the one with the most economical rate to keep costs low.
Express & International Delivery: We do not currently ship Express or International at this time, but hope to in the near future.
Shipping Time Frame
Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to shipping any order. Please note that credit card authorization can take up to 24 hours for approval.
Standard Shipping: Most orders will ship out within 1-3 business days of placing the order (unless otherwise specified on the product listing). Orders placed over the weekend are typically shipped the following Monday or Tuesday. We are closed on holidays. Orders typically take 3-7 business days in transit to arrive (depending on shipping carrier).
Missing Package Marked as ‘Delivered’:
“Undeliverable as Addressed” Packages: orders marked by the shipping carrier as ‘undeliverable as addressed’ and returned to us are subject to a second shipping fee.
