WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Ready to ship orders will be processed within 2-3 business days (unless otherwise specified in product description). Handmade orders (signs) will ship within 5-7 business days.
WHAT IS THE COST OF SHIPPING?
Shipping is a table rate to the 48 Contiguous states within the United States (see ‘Shipping’ page for more details). Unfortunately, we are not currently shipping outside of the 48 Contiguous states within the United States, but hope to sometime in the near future.
DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES?
Since most of our items are shipped via UPS or FedEx ground, we are often not able to ship to a PO BOX. Please check with us first by sending an email to email@example.com, before placing an order to a PO BOX.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We proudly stand by the quality of our merchandise and want you to love your purchase. If, for whatever reason you are unhappy, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know. We will work with you to make sure you are happy.
If you choose to return your item(s), it must be:
- Damaged or defective
- New and unused
- In original condition with original packaging intact
- Shipped back to us within 15 days of our original ship date
You will be required to show proof of your purchase (order confirmation email, etc.) We will offer you either a monetary refund (to the original method of payment) minus the shipping fees, or a store credit. Sorry, but we do not allow exchanges.
Return shipping charges are your responsibility and are non-refundable.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you need to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing the order. Orders are processed very quickly upon receiving them, so unfortunately they will not be able to be cancelled after the 24 hour time frame.
WHAT IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED?
We do everything we can to protect the items before shipping. If your product arrives damaged, please contact us ASAP upon receiving your item.
WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?
You can use any major credit card or PayPal to pay for your order. Please note that you get charged when you place the order and not when the item is shipped.
AM I ABLE TO USE MORE THAN ONE COUPON?
The use of multiple coupons is not allowed. In addition, coupons can not be applied to previous purchases or used on decor deals.
DO YOU WORK WITH BRAND INFLUENCERS?
Yes! We love to work with brand influencers. We occasionally have opportunities for Brand Rep positions. Please email us at email@example.com if interested.
DO YOU ACCEPT CUSTOM ORDERS?
Unfortunately, we cannot accept custom orders at this time, but if there is a specific sign you would love to see please let us know.
WHY DOESN'T THE WOOD FRAME ON MY HANDMADE SIGN LOOK LIKE THE ONE IN THE PICTURE ON THE WEBSITE?
All of our signs are made to order. Wood is a natural product and the grain will vary from piece to piece, which will cause the stain to vary in color. Also, some imperfections may be present on the wood, we believe these imperfections and variations add to the authentic and rustic quality of our products.
